Shipping policy

Our shipments go out Monday-Friday unless they fall on recognized postal holidays. All packages will be shipped with USPS priority 1-3 day shipping or UPS. Packages can only be shipped to addresses in the United States.

Please be patient with us as we ship in the order we receive and ship as many orders as we can in a day. We make it our goal to get everyone's shipments out within 1-3 days. Please note: In the rare event that there is an extremely large influx in orders or we have a delayed ingredient shipment, orders could take up to 6 days to be processed.

Foxship Bakery is not responsible for packages that have been marked delivered but not received. Once cookies are shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to track package with given tracking number. 

Foxship Bakery is not responsible for packages that are damaged, delayed, lost, or stolen within the USPS network.  

Foxship Bakery is not responsible for packages that are returned due to incorrect address given or marked vacant by USPS.

Foxship Bakery is not responsible for In the event that delivery is delayed due to weather, holidays, or USPS high volume dalays etc, cookies that arrive even a week later are incredible - our cookies are soft baked and individually packaged in air tight bags allowing the cookies to last an exceptional number of days.

IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR DELIVERY, CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE ASAP.

Foxship Bakery does not ship out replacement packages due to delayed delivery, mistakes by postal workers, or lost/stolen packages.
