WHERE IS FOXSHIP BAKERY LOCATED?: Foxship Bakery is an exclusive online bakery. We ship nationwide, provide wholesale to coffee shops & restaurants, and take part in occasional pop up markets & food festivals. Although we currently do not have a store front, we do work out of a private commercial kitchen in Chicago. We also offer a pick up option in Wicker Park!

GIFT NOTES: There is a note option at checkout. Please leave your gift message and who the package is from on the note. (An invoice will not be in the package)
IS AN INVOICE SENT IN MY PACKAGE? No. We do not include invoices in the packages. A receipt will be sent in your order confirmation email.
CAN I GET MY PACKAGE ON A CERTAIN DATE? We ship Monday-Friday and can't guarantee exact delivery dates. We can however aim for a package to be delivered by a specific date. Just let us know in the note section at check out!
COOKIE SHELF LIFE?: Our cookies are soft baked and individually packaged in air tight bags allowing the cookies to last an exceptional number of days. Obviously, we suggest consuming immediately but we understand they are BIG cookies. Once your package arrives, we highly recommend placing the cookies in the refrigerator or freezer immediately to extend shelf life. Cookies are fantastic up to 10-14 days at room temp and 3+ months in the freezer in their original packaging.
BROWNIE SHELF LIFE?: Our brownies are baked to order and packaged in airtight bags allowing the brownies to last an exceptional number of days. Once brownie package is opened, we recommend storing the brownies in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 7 days. Brownies can also be frozen in an airtight container up to 3 months.
HOW TO THAW/HEAT COOKIES?: If cookie has been in your freezer, just let the cookie thaw on the counter for at least 30 minutes to an hour. Then pop in the microwave for 10-15 seconds or the oven at 350 for 5-10 minutes. ENJOY!
GLUTEN-FREE?: Our cookies are not gluten-free. We get a lot of requests for gf and we are always tweaking our recipes to make them better. Hopefully one day we will get there!
NUT ALLERGIES: The majority of our cookies are nut free but all cookies are baked in the same facility. We try our very best to keep everything separate but there is still a chance of cross contact.
SOY FREE?: Our cookies are not soy free.
CALORIES + NUTRITION FACTS: Calories don't count when you're living your best life 😉 As a very small business, we do not have the resources to obtain nutritional information for labels. Although, the ingredients for each cookie can be found on their individual product pages.

I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS: Please let us know immediately via email. If your order was already shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
